I don’t have the factory tow package on my 2017 Toyota Highlander. I am having a hitch installed an need a 7 pin wiring harness. Do you have something that will work? I also will need to install a brake controller.

The brake controller install kit/7-way adapter # ETBC7 that you referenced is a component to what you need to install a 7-way and brake controller on your 2017 Toyota Highlander like the Tekonsha BRAKE-EVN # TK63VR that is very reliable and great performing.
You will need to first install a 4-way like the part # 118449 and then later convert it to a 7-way with the # ETBC7.
