I spoke with SumoSprings and the # CSS-1145R is the part they suggested for a 2021 Honda Ridgeline. This will install on the rear coil spring and will help with some of the sag you are experiencing.
If you are experiencing a lot of sag, you may want to look into getting a weight distribution system as well. That being said, this will depend on the tongue weight of the trailer you are pulling and if the vehicle is rated to be use a weight distribution system. Depending on all that, the Reese Strait-Line # RP66086 has a minimum tongue weight rating of 200 pounds and a maximum tongue rating of 600 pounds making it a good lighter duty system.
