Question:

Ive attached a screen shot of items chosen to flat tow my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport S behind a gas powered motor home. I would like your opinion on whether all of these items seem correct, will work together, and if anything else might be needed.

Let's review your list.

You selected the Roadmaster # RM-676 “Nighthawk” all terrain tow bar with LED lights. Included safety cables and rated for 8000 pounds flat tow. You can use the Nighthawk, however since your Jeep weighs about 5000 pounds you could use Roadmaster # RM-522 “Falcon” that has a 6000 pound tow rating. Basically, if you love the super-cool LED lights and find them to be a safety feature go with the Nighthawk, otherwise, save some money with the Falcon.

If you choose the Falcon you will need to add the Roadmaster # RM-643 Safety Cables.

The Roadmaster # RM-521453-5 base plate kit that you selected is spot-on for standard bumpers.

The Demco # SM99251 supplemental braking system that you selected is the most popular system and will greatly improve handling.

The Roadmaster # RM-88400 brake light relay, and the Roadmaster # RM-154, are needed.

Regarding the Roadmaster # RM-910030-7 6-way connector, it is included in the Nighthawk tow bar. If you choose the Falcon you will need this.

In addition to the items you picked, you may also need a high-Low Adapter. I have added a link explaining how to measure for this, and a link to our adapters.

When you do finally get ready to plug your electrical cables in, I would put a little Edelmann # 11755 dielectric grease on those connections. The dielectric grease will keep help keep moisture and corrosion out of your connections.
