Will this hubs and bearings fit the 7K Timbren axle assembly? If not what hub assembly would you recommend for the 7K Timbren axle-less setup?

Yes. The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 7K lb E-Z Lube Axle - 12" - 8 on 6-1/2 - 9/16" Studs # 8-219-18UC3 you were looking at will fit the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle w/ Brake Flange - Regular Tires - 7K # TASR7KS01.
You will also need brake assemblies # AKEBRK-7-SA, and brake mounting hardware # BRKH12.
