Question:
Hi, just received my Ks3891 towing mirrors and after installing them one is perfectly clear and the other is distorted... Is one supposed to be convexed or different than the other? Love the one thats perfectly clear but really am unhappy with the other one...Can anything be done to change this? The morrors are for my 1997 Chevy Silverado K3500 dually... P.S. the fit is very good and Im very happy with the fit nfinish....Thank You.....

The K Source Universal Clip-On Mirror, # KS3891, features a convex mirror on all of them. In other words they are all the type that have glass like a passenger side mirror (objects in mirror are closer than they appear). If the one that looks distorted is on the driver side then what you are noticing is the the difference between regular flat glass placed right next to convex glass. They will look different by comparison.
If you have the 2 towing mirrors next to each other the reflections should look the same. If they do then what you are seeing is the difference between convex glass in the towing mirror and flat glass on a factory mirror. If they reflect differently then the non-convex one is the oddball.
