Hello what is the difference between this item and the “EXT” version? How do they fit differently? I am basically asking this, so i know which one to purchase.

The EXT you're referring to references the length of the cargo area on a Transit T250 van; the EXT will have a longer cargo area and your van will have the EXT badge on it if you've got the extended cargo area. If you've got a regular T250 then the # VRFT15L will be the mat you're looking for. If you've got the EXT badge on your T250 then you'll want to use the # VTFT15LE.
