I may have a different option for you, but at this time there are no air helper spring kits or suspension enhancement options that are confirmed to fit your 2018 Toyota Highlander.

One option that may work is Coil SumoSprings like the # CSS-1125 as these are pretty universal and the correct one is dependent on the space between your coil springs.

To see if one of the Coil SumoSprings will fit your vehicle, you will need to measure between the middle coils of your coil springs with the vehicle on the ground, and make sure the measurement you get is within 1/4" on both side.

If you can tell me this measurement I would be happy to see if there is an option that will work for your Highlander.
