Ultra-Fab # UF48-979014 Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels for 31 Foot Motorhome

Question:
Im getting ready to order this item for my 31ft motor home. But I have a question. The tow bar has 2 triangular skids one left one right. The skids are welded in place and extend 4 inches down. I see no reason not to bolt your rotating wheels inboard of the skids. But I thought it best to check with you first. Should be no problem, right?

You are correct, installing the Ultra-Fab # UF48-979014 skid wheels as you suggest would work just fine for you, since the wheels will extend below the skids you are speaking of.
The skid wheels will do a great job of protecting your rear hitch or any other portion of the rear of your motorhome from dragging the ground and being damaged.

Your reply was right on the money. And it sounds like the answer I was seeking will help others with the same question. I have ordered the Hitch Mounted Skid Wheels and look forward to installing them and having no more drag marks at the end of my driveway and across the crown in the road. Thanks for being there with a solution.
