The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs I recommend for a 2020 Ford F-150 is part # SSR-117-47 which have a 1,500 lb weight capacity. The reason I recommend going with this spring is because it has the perfect combo of support/comfort therefore will help with reducing sag while loaded or towing while also not decreasing ride quality.
The SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SSR-117-40 which have a 1,000 lb weight capacity I recommend using for very light duty, occasional towing. There really isn't too much of a difference between the two.
