Hi, I purhased a e99047 from you for use with a Roadmaster hitch-mounted spare tire carrier that I currently have on order currently backordered from you. The e999047 has been received, and the information card on its packaging clearly indicates in bolded font, Anti-rattle hitch lock is not rated for towing.inch As my spare tire carrier on backorder features an integral 2inch hitch receiver intended for towing - it appears your anti-rattle hitch lock cannot safely be used to secure the spare tire carrier to my motorhomes hitch receiver while flat towing my Smart car behind the motorhome via the spare tire carriers hitch receiver and attached tow bar. The e99047 was a recommended accessory for use with the Roadmaster spare tire carrier. You really need to add a disclaimer stating that it should not be used while towing anything via the spare tire carriers integral 2inch hitch receiver. To ignore this potentially exposes your company to liability. Regards,

You are correct the Threaded Anti-Rattle Hitch Pin Lock for etrailer Cargo Carriers # e99047 will not work with your Tow Bars.
For Towing with the Roadmaster Hitch Mounted Spare Tire Carrier # RM-195225 you will need 2- etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Locks for 2" Hitches # e98880.
To eliminate the rattle you will need 2 of the Roadmaster Quiet Hitches for 2" Trailer Hitches # RM-061.
