I have the first generation of sidewinder pinbox, want to switch to a better hitch for my new ram, going with the BandW for puck system in a 2020 Ram 3500. Need the proper wedge and just wanted to make sure this would fit. I have the sidewinder that is just a straight flat pin with no damping. Will this wedge fit?

The # RP74FR wedge you'd mentioned is only compatible with the # RP34FR Sidewinder model. If you don't have that model (it sounds like you do not), you'll want to use the # SWW-06 wedge instead, which is compatible with the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600 hitch that you'd looked at.
