Yes you can. The Hott Rod RV Water Heater Conversion Kit - Propane to Electric - 675 Watt - 10 Gallon, # DGR10VP, converts your RV's water heater from propane to electric operation but keeps the LP system intact. The adjustable thermostat controls water temperature when installed, it requires removing the current anode rod in your system and replacing with this component. You can then get heated water from use of electricity when connected to shore power and save your LP.
