Question:
Do you have the 7 pin for this truck as well

Expert Reply:
We do have a 7-Way that you can install on your 2003 Dodge Ram that did not come with a factory 7-Way. You will need to use # 37185. There will be a little hardwiring you will need to do to complete the installation. On the truck the brake (blue) wire does not run all the way back to the 4-pole at the rear; it stops at the connector that is located under the drivers side wheel well. In order to finalize the installation you must splice into this wire and continue it back to the plug.
You can use additional wire # 10-1-1 sold in 1 foot increments. This wire will attach to the blue wire on the 37185 connector. You will also need wiring adapter # 3020-P to go from the brake controller to the plug on the truck.
If your truck does not have any trailer connector, you will first need to add a 4-Way using # C55504. Then you would need to install a 4 and 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7. It comes with the 7-Way and the wiring and accessories to install a brake controller. For this installation you do not use the 3020-P harness.
