Recommendation for 7-Way Trailer Connection on 2020 Acura MDX

My vehicle is a 2020 Acura MDX AWD with Tech package. Does this 7 way wiring harness control reverse Backup lights? I really dont want to splice into the reverse lights wires. I appreciate the help!

Yes, the Tekonsha Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118289 will include the backup/reverse lights. You will not need to splice any wires on your 2020 Acura MDX for this connection.
You will also want a Mounting Bracket # PK12711U for the installation of your 7-way connection. This will allow you to mount the 7-way on the exterior of your MDX near the receiver hitch.
