Weight Distribution hitches are classified by the maximum tongue weight they'll handle, so the logical first step in choosing the right system for your needs would be to identify the tongue weight of your trailer as it sits when it's fully loaded up like it would be when you tow it. I'll link an article explaining how this is done, but the easiest way to determine the trailers tongue weight would be to use a tongue weight scale etrailer, part # e99044.
The Blue Ox # BLU27FR you'd looked at is rated for 1000-1300 lbs of tongue weight, so it'll be rated too high for the trailer you describe. For an actual as-towed tongue weight between 200-600 lbs, I'd recommend the # BLU36FR Track Pro system. For tongue weights ranging from 600-800 lbs, use # BLU47FR
