The MaxxFan # MA00A04401K would be a good replacement fan for most any camper. It fits a standard 14X14" opening and features 4-speed exhaust fan, manual lift design, removable bug screen and sealed motor. A new inside ceiling trim piece (garnish) is included.
You may want to additionally consider adding the MaxxAir # MA00-955001 FanMate roof cover to help keep the rain out. Additionally, during installation you will need the TremPro # 0160297 roof sealant.
