We offer the Quick Grip replacement mounts for the Thule Ascent 1700 cargo boxes as part # TH05738. They are sold in quantity of 1. I've linked you to a product description video featuring the # TH05738 Quick Grip Mount.
The # TH04997 you'd looked at are for an older cargo box, and wouldn't work with your Ascent.
