We do in fact have several folding kayak carriers that will fit your Thule Wingbar Evo Crossbars on your 2013 Volvo XC90.

I recommend looking into the Malone DownLoader Kayak Carrier with Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading # MPG114MD. This is a folding carrier that will allow your roof to remain low-profile when no kayaks are on top of it; I attached a photo to show what this looks like in the folded down position. This carrier will simply clamp onto the Thule crossbars, but you could add Aero Style Crossbar T-Slot Fit Kit # MPG8287 which would allow the Malone Kayak Carrier to attach onto the Thule top track for easier installation and removal. I attached a demonstration video for you.

For a 2-kayak carrier I recommend the Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs - J-Style - Folding - Side Loading # S512-S512X. This uses a padded arm to cushion the kayaks and space them out to avoid the risk of the kayaks hitting each other. This carrier also folds down to remain low-profile when no kayaks are loaded; see photo. The Rhino-Rack 2 Kayak Carrier clamps onto your Thule crossbars with the included clamps. All necessary straps are included for transporting 2 kayaks.
