I recommend the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76136 for your 2016 Ford F-150. This receiver hides tucked up under the bumper giving it a factory look. This class III receiver is capable of 900lbs of tongue weight and 6,000lbs trailer towing with a standard ball mount. If you use a weight distribution hitch the capacity increases to 1,000lbs of tongue weight and 10,000lbs total trailer weight. Be sure to consult your Ford dealer to ensure you do not exceed the manufacturer specifications.
For wiring we have the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way # C56413. This will plug into the factory connectors behind your bumper and allow you to easily mount a 7-way blade trailer connector.
