I’m looking to buy just the hardware for the Curt 13703 hitch I was told by Curt customer service I could get it here product number 13703-bk but I’m not having any look finding it do you sell just the hardware kit?

In order to replace the mounting hardware for the Curt Adjustable Width Trailer Hitch Receiver for RVs, 22" to 72" Wide # 13703 you'll want to go to the page for part # RHK and put that 13703 part number in the field for "Hitch Item Number". This will give you the replacement hardware kit for this hitch.
