For your 2020 Jayco Eagle 321RSTS with the factory shock prep I recommend the Lippert Heavy-Duty Replacement Shock - Yellow # LC283280 as they will do a great job at absorbing road shock and offering a smooth ride for a more enjoyable towing experience.
