I do have a possible solution for you, however, I confirmed with our vendors and there is not currently an air suspension setup that is confirmed to fit your 2021 GMC Sierra 3500 Cab Chassis model. I recommend looking into jounce-style springs, which are likely an excellent option for you. Compared to air bags, jounce springs work in a similar manner by supporting the weight in the back of the truck but actually require no maintenance, whereas airbags require constant maintenance and attention to the psi levels etc.

Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TGMRTT35D is the correct Jounce Spring kit for your vehicle. This will bolt-onto your truck and replace the factory bump stops; it basically assists the factory suspension and does not replace the suspension on your truck. It acts as a shock absorber and will take the load off the truck's suspension, resulting in a softer ride with much less rear-end sag. It will also greatly reduce body roll on sharp turns. This setup is rated for 8,000lbs, but keep in mind you never want to exceed the towing capacity of your truck. I have attached a demonstration video for this suspension enhancement setup.
