I am looking at your premounted trailer tires 205/75 D15. What is load range C. I want a tire I can go at highway speeds but I only use the trailer occasionally and not much at all. So what is load range C?

The Loadstar ST205/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel part # AM3S640DX has a load range C rating which is 1,820 lbs per tire. It has a 65 mph speed rating. If you need a higher speed rating you can use the Karrier ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Spoke Wheel part # AM32395 which is rated for up to 81 mph.
