Question:
I have a 1984 UHAUL Car Trailer that has 15 6-5 1/2 wheels. However, the inside diameter of the hole for the Hub is 3 5/8 and your wheels all have 4 1/2 holes. Please advise as your wheels dont look like the wheels to fit this trailer.

It looks like we have one 15" wheel with the 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern that has the pilot hole you are looking for.
The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel - 15" x 6" Rim - 6 on 5-1/2 - Black Powder Coat # AM20514 has a 3.65" pilot hole which is just slightly larger than your current pilot hole of 3.625".
If your current hubs use lug nuts that means that the wheel is centered on the hub by the lug nuts (Lug Centric) and the pilot hole diameter does not need to be exact, it just needs to be at least as larger as your current pilot hole to make sure it will fit on your hub. If this is the case you can use any of the 15" wheels with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern without issue.
On the other hand if your hubs use wheel bolts instead that means your hub is Hub-Centric and the pilot hole diameter will need to be exact as that is what centers the wheel on the hub.
If your wheels use wheel bolts you can change your hubs to use lug nuts instead which will open up a lot more wheel options. To do this I would need to know the bearing numbers of your inner and outer bearings which are stamped on the face of each bearing.
I included a video of the # AM20514, and a link to all of our 15" wheels with 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern for you to take a look at.
