I have another option for you, but the Original Custom Towing Mirror Slide-On Mirrors # CTM2200A is designed for the 1995 - 2001 Ford Explorer, 2001 - 2003 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and will not fit your 2015 Ford Explorer.
Since there are not any custom fit mirrors for your Explorer I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On # KS3891-2 which are confirmed to fit your 2015 Ford Explorer, and are a great choice due to the ratcheting system that makes sure that the mirrors install snugly to eliminate vibration, and due to the rubber pads on the straps to protect your mirror housings from damage.
I included a video of the # KS3891-2 being installed on a 2018 Ford Explorer for you to take a look at.
