The # 341029 mattress isn't a vehicle-specific item. The mattress measures 60 inches long by 35-1/2 inches wide by 17-3/4 inches tall as shown in the provided photo. If the existing width, length and seat height of your back seat is similar to those dimensions, the # 341029 mattress would work well for you.
