I use the AirBedz in my Suburban. It is comfortable, easy to setup. One of the best features is the deflate option on the pump which makes cleanup a breeze. It has been awesome for sports tournaments. My son sleeps on it or just relaxes during long breaks. Highly recommend!!
I purchased this mattress to use at out 4H State Horse Show. It worked excellent. I also just use to make a tag team trip to SC from PA. We drove all night taking turns napping in the back on the mattress. Highly recommend. High quality materials.

This air mattress is the bomb diggity! It allowed us to exchange drivers on a long road trip and truly rest comfortably in the back seat! Product is easy to use and easy to store.
This air mattress was a fantastic purchase. It inflates quickly, fits perfectly (2018 Ram 2500) and is super comfortable. We just took a 3300 mile round trip and the air mattress was more comfortable than I thought it was going to be. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
This is a 2 esge sword review because as long as it held air in this thing was wonderful. But it held air for one month and needed a patch, then about a week and needed a patch, then about a day and I was done patching it. I bought an entire new one from a different retailer and had a similar result. I finally gave up and built a steel frame and put a regular mattress in my truck. I just don’t think it’s built for the rigors of daily use. Periodical use it would probably be fine. It was quite comfortable to sleep on.
I ended up purchasing (2) two separate mattresses due to the first one had an issue with either the welds/sealer in between the tubes coming a part. Thinking it was just a fluke, I purchased a second unit which lasted approximately 7 weeks only to do the same thing. Was really good when it worked but unfortunately did not hold up well.
The bed is well constructed and holds air, as well as being made out of durable material. It only took a few minutes to set up my first time around. Now, I will caveat this next part with I have only been camping once with this product so far. I am 6' tall and if you are taller you may want to think real hard about this unless you want to sleep curled up all night. Lying on my side was perfectly comfortable though and the bed was level but it is impossible to stretch out so I often woke up to change position. like any camping method though I am sure it will just take time to adapt to (I hope). As far as break down and storage, it was just as easy as set up. The air pump provided does exactly what its supposed to do and inflates/deflates the bed quickly.
I was a bit skeptical after reading some other reviews for this and similar products, but this held up perfectly on a 2100 mile roundtrip. Never deflated, even under 200 lbs. Would recommend for anyone needing a solid inflatable mattress for a long trip.
Well the good is it fit our truck perfectly…..during our first trip the lower part seam Started leaking we thought it had a hole but after we aired it up and put some soapy water on it we found the seam was leaking…..Not horrible but enough that it did not stay aired up after a day then after our third years with it one of the seems pulled apart on the inside where two of the air channels became one so I just created a big bubble basically made it useless other than that it was made out of high quality material just wish the construction would’ve been a little better
Great for a while. I think the internal baffle popped because the its not level anymore. The floor air stabilizer never held air for more than 4 hours. Seam leaked from the get go. Spent a bunch of time trying to glue and re seal it but ended up giving up and building a wood leg for it.
Have only used it once, but it serves its purpose very well.
It's very comfortable, but I was just a little disappointed on the two locking systems, they should have been facing opposit of each other to lock it together better, just like the Airbedz I have for my truckbed that came with a tail gate extension which the female clasp faces always from each other so it doesn't disconnect from each other easy. Instead its facing the same way, don't understand why they made it different, maybe it's to be able to remove it faster. Either way i feel they should have kept the locking system the same way as they did on the Airbedz, so it doesn't come off as easy, which can be a pain when putting it in the backseat at times, but not all the times, my pillow did come defective, it wasn't glued correctly on the outer seem, I'm not giving it a bad review because of it, things do happen at time on the Manufacturing end, so as soon as I heard air was leaking from the pillow I called customer service which were very friendly and helpful when I told her I had a problem she ordered me a new one right away. I will definitely do more business with etrailer for having great customer service that's for sure. Well my overall feeling on this backseat air mattress is I do like it a lot, and sure it could use a little more improvements on the locking system but all in all it's not a bad deal for the price and I'm sure after hearing some of our complaints they will make it even better. Haven’t had a chance to use it but it is nice quality and is easy to setup and deflating is quick.
It will get a lot of use since I’m in the truck two weeks at a time.
Got it. Installed it. Already love it. I work at a site where I start at 6am and finish at 10pm. As opposed to driving an hour home and back when done, now I can sleep in the truck and get as much sleep as possible. Hell yeeeeessssss!

So far I've used it once but the material feels tough yet soft enough to sleep right on top of it. Fit very well but had to move passenger seat up slightly, my wife likes to sit all the way back unless someone is in back behind her. My only issue was that the pump it came with has a short cord, my GMC plug is in the center the console and didn't reach when support and mattress were laid out in backseat. I bought an extender and that solved the problem with that pump. However, the pump that came with the bed mattress I bought has a really long cord and is same pump as both mattress are AirBedz brand.

Finally got to use this product and it worked great! Truck camped at rest stop with no problems. I even used the pillow as I forgot one and slept very well.
Shipped fast, so far so good. Doesn't take long to add the air with the pump. Working 2 jobs, so if I don't make it home, no problem. Plus I can use it when I go camping.
The rear seat air mattress is amazing. I do love it so much sleeping in the truck. I do have a small air leak in the support structure of the AirBedz rear seat air mattress. It is difficult to locate the leak so that I can cover it up with the repair kit that was provided.
It is a plus to have as it helps me out when traveling and saves me from finding a hotel.

That's a bummer. Have you tried the soapy water mix trick? Fully inflate the mattress, then use a spray bottle filled with a mixture of dish soap and water to spray the entire surface, looking for bubbles forming where air is escaping; this is the location of the leak.
Thank you to the team there that noticed I selected priority shipping and processed the order and even upgraded the delivery so I would have it faster! They even emailed me on a Sunday to let me know. Fantastic customer service. My son was very happy with the birthday gift and fits in his truck well. He plans to use it this next weekend while wheeling at Brown's Camp in Oregon.
Great product would recommend and will be coming back to this site for more of our trailer needs in the future.
I set up the Pittman air mattress in my new F-150. The covers are nice and thick. I am a shorter woman so I could lay completely flat. My son loved it so much he didn’t want to leave and took a long nap in it parked in my garage. It was easy to store in my under seat storage. It feels like a I have truck sleeper now. I am very happy with my purchase.
Works well except the top mattress part is for a crew cab and my truck is a double cab. So it sticks up on one end a little bit. Didn’t see a cab option when ordering. But I got it for my dog to have more room to spread out so it is not a big deal. Quality material, pump is quick and easy. Overall love it.
Very easy to set up. The provided pump worked quickly and it was surprisingly quiet compared to my other mattress pumps! As for the mattress, I was surprised that I couldn’t feel the seat angle underneath me! Especially since the rear seats angle up slightly. I’m 5’9 and of course I didn’t expect to stretch out fully but with my legs slightly bent I was very comfortable and I’m a side sleeper anyway so it’s no big deal. I did not clip the base and mattress together. I found it difficult and unnecessary, at least for now. Now I haven’t slept on it yet, but I’ll report back if there are issues! So far, I’m pleasantly surprised.

The Pittman Mattress for a full size truck was as easy to assemble and inflate as it could be. I literally unfolded it and attached the base to the top and plugged the electronic pump and within moments fully inflated and fit perfectly in the back of my Dodge Ram full-size truck. Door to Door and back of seat the back of the front seats. The base supports the top perfectly. What made this purchase even better was the ease that etrailer had on their site and ordering form the specific vehicle I have. I am 6’3” and absolutely needed a mattress that would both fit my truck and myself for a good night sleep. The shipment came in less then 24 hours. I’m in the Midwest and so is etrailer. Awesome product and great customer service!! I am heading to the Smokey mountains as well as Stone Mountain in GA from there camping in the Florida keys will have me enjoying this mattress over the next few weeks.
