I am looking for an approximately 3 ft. light bar for the back of my 35 ft. 5 th wheel. braking and turn signals.

The closest option we have is the Putco Red Blade LED Tailgate Light Bar - Stop, Tail, Turn, Backup - 44" Long # P92010-44 which has the brake lights, turn signals, tail lights, and even back up lights if you choose. The only differences in this light bar is 44" long so it will be a little above the 3' you mentioned.
To install the # P92010-44 you can add a 4-way connector to the rear of your 5th wheel trailer using the 4-Pole Hardwire Kit with Circuit Tester # 18252, or you can use # 16-4B-1 and the included splices to install the light bar directly to your trailer wiring.
The connections you will need to make to your 5th wheel trailer are as follows:
Green wire to passenger side turn signal
White white to ground
Yellow wire to driver side turn signal
Brown wire to tail light
