I may have another option for you, but there are no hub and drum assemblies available that use the 6 on 135mm bolt pattern.

The only 6 lug option would be using the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly - 3.5K E-Z Lube Axles - 10" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 - Pre-Greased # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K, and Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only - 3,500 lbs # ASR3500S05.

The option I recommend is going with the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E you were looking at as the 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern is most common in regards to trailer wheels.

If you can tell me which size wheel and tires you are wanting to put on your trailer I would be happy to make a recommendation for you.

I included videos for each of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
