we like the hitch but where can we get it installed, we live in oklahoma, can you recommend a reasonable installer in the area of pauls valley oklahoma? thank you

Actually, the trailer hitches available for the 2020 Ford Escape such as my personal favorite Curt Class III
# C23FR are really simple to install even for somebody with minimal mechanical ability. I'll link you to the installation instructions as well as to a video showing this hitch being installed on a 2020 Escape like yours. You can check those out and pretty easily determine if this is something you'd feel comfortable attempting yourself.

If you'd rather have someone complete the installation for you, we don't have any specific recommendations for an installer. Any trusted mechanic should be able to complete the installation in an hour or less.

If you'll be using the hitch for towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # TE54FR, a ball mount like part # 2753 and a trailer ball like # 19260 for a 1-7/8 or # 63845 for a 2 inch ball.
