Im looking for a clamp on to the rear bumper of an RV with a swivel wheels with a 200 to 300# load capacity . Regards

I may have a solution for you, but I'm not aware of any bumper mounted carrier for RVs that also has swiveling wheels. However, you may want to look at the 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper - Steel - Folding - 500 lbs # e96ZR which can clamp on to 4" x 4" and 4-1/2" x 4" RV bumpers and carry up to 500-lbs of weight.
