Lightweight Hitch-Mounted Platform-Style 2 Bike Carrier That Locks The Bikes And Rack

Hi, I am looking for a 2 receiver platform bike rack that meets the following criteria: 1 Can lock rack to hitch 2 Can lock bikes to hitch 3 Very lightweight. 2 bikes is all I need to load. My bikes weigh about 30 pounds each. Thanks for your advice.

I would go with the Thule Helium Pro 2 Bike Rack # TH9042PRO. This is compatible with 1 1/4" and 2" hitches and is extremely lightweight at only 19lbs. The weight capacity is 37.5lbs per bike which is perfect for your bikes.
