I have a kuat nv 2.0 bike rack, electric bikes and a bike cover that hides my taillights and tag.What light bar would you recommend to attach to the kuat nv 2.0 ?

You could use the LED kit part # 98174LED to add the lights and wiring to your Kuat NV and then use the bracket # BK70BB and you'd be set. You'd have to attach the brackets to the bike rack.
