Looking for a wheel 14 that I can custom powdercoat and put baby moons on other for a tear camper. Does this come unpainted?

All of the wheels we sell will have a finish on them to protect them from the elements. The wheel manufacturers do not offer the wheels unpainted.
The Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel, part # AM20504, you have referenced is a 15-inch diameter with a 5-inch width. It comes with the black powder coat finish.
The same wheel in 14-inch would be the Dexstar Conventional Steel Wheel, part # AM20304. This is a 14 inch diameter wheel with width of 5-1/2 inches. It is also black powder coated.
