Will this hitch fit a 2004 Fleetwood Bounder on Workhorse frame with Chevy engine

We have a solution but the Curt # C31088 FRONT hitch you referenced is not a match for your Bounder motorhome. I reached out to my technical contact at Curt (Manufacturing) and he said that they don't even try to front fit motor homes. Even if you found something to fit at the front of the Chevy frame, the issue is the foot or so of trim and fascia beyond the front end of the frame.
I suppose that a mechanically inclined person could try a generic hitch mount like the Curt # C13701 or # C13702 and then weld on a long extension like the Brophy # HE12 but we cannot confirm the safety of this.
If you have that on the front of your motorhome you will be able to mount any standard hitch mount bike rack like the Curt # C18065 5-bike rack.
What ever you get, don't forget a hitch pin and clip like the # PC3, or use the # e98880 if you prefer a locking hitch pin.
