My wife got me the 2 1/2 “ set, Can I just order a 2” replacement piece and will it work with the rest of the equipment

Part # ERT034 works for 2 inch hitches with your rock tamers. The clamping bolt part # ERT052 works for both 2 and 2 1/2 inch hitches. The bolt is long enough, however, there is going to be a lot more room for the hub to move. Going with the correct hub is going to ensure a better fit and there is less chance for the hub to shift in the wind.
