Buyers Products Hitch plate part # 3371809060A works for your 2020 Ford F-600 as long as your frame measures 34 inches wide on the inside of your frame rails. This hitch isn't a confirmed fit for your application so measuring your frame rails is going to be the best way to determine if the frame is different from the F-550.
