Can you buy another 2 bike extension for this rack if needed at a later time?

The Saris Freedom Bike Rack comes as a 2-Bike rack # SA4412B or a 4-Bike Rack # SA4414B. Saris designed it as one or the other and not as add-on extensions. If you want a 2+2 style bike rack, we do have some other options.
The Yakima HoldUp # Y02443 is a similar style bike rack and can be extended to carry 4 bikes with the # Y02446 Add-On. This will allow you to carry bikes weighing up to 60lbs each, but you will be limited to 200lbs overall bike weight.
