Not sure of the hitch receiver size on the 2020 Ford Ranger PU. This will be a present, I dont have the truck available to measure the receiver. Thank you.

It looks like the available hitches for a 2020 Ford Ranger Lariat are all 2" receivers, so the # AMGSTTXC you were looking at will fit perfectly! You also may want to add a locking hitch pin like the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches - Flush - 2-5/8" Span - Chrome # e98880 to this setup to keep this from getting stolen.
