Question:
I am looking for a license plate mounting bracket for a display of old plates. I need an offset bracket that will allow me to mount the bracket on the wall and give me enough of an offset to attach the plate. The offset must be at a 90 degree angle for the plate to be straight. This looks to be at an angle in the pictures but I canot tell if it is 90 degrees.

I think a better option for you would be the Trailer License Plate Mount Bracket # LP15SB. This bracket has an offset that is pretty close to 90 degrees and since it is a metal bracket it can be bent to the desired angle if needed.
You could also paint the bracket with spray paint if you wanted.
