Roof Opening Fit For Furrion Air Conditioner

Question:

Building a custom 7.5x16 ATC MC300 trailer. Insulating walls/ceiling, having ATC install roof vent, one being AC Prep ready, but the MAXX Air roof vent opening ins 14x14 and the Furion AC unit is 14 1/4x 14 1/4...I dont think this will work! Can you tell my why it would?

Yes, your Furrion AC, such as the # FR52PR in white, will fit a standard 14" x 14" roof opening. Any roof accessory that measures 14 1/4" x 14 1/4" will fit these openings because while they are commonly referred to as an industry standard square of 14" x 14", they're actually a little bit larger and that reference is shorthand.
