Correct Replacement Strap for a Shelby Trailer Winch 5404

Question:
I have a Shelby #5404, capacity 1200# for a 20ft ski boat that weights 2800lbs. I need a new winch strap as it has been 20 years. The strap seems to measure 1 7/8 but the width of drum is 2. What would you have that would work? Thanks
