Spare Tire Carrier With Receiver Class C Motorhome on 2018 Chevy Express Van Cutaway Chassis

Question:

I have a 2018 Chevy express 3500 based 28’ class c with the 4” rear bumper. I’m looking for a spare tire carrier that mounts to the bumper. I don’t want to use the hitch mount as I already use a bike rack there. Even an option to mount the spare underneath would work. It’s a freedom elite if that helps. 8 lug dual rear wheel

Although none of the bumper mounted spare tire carriers we offer are rated for tires large enough for a Class C motorhome, the Roadmaster option you'd looked at, part # RM-195225 could handle the weight and size of a spare tire meant for a Class C motorhome. Also, the carrier features a 2 inch receiver which would allow you to easily carry your bike rack behind the carrier. The carrier is compatible with all wheel bolt patterns. This would be the only carrier we offer that would be compatible with your spare tire.
