Therma Heat Holding Tank Heater Pad rocker switch is not lighting up. How do I check it?

The ThermaHeat pads don't come with any switch, so I am assuming you are talking about a rocker switch like the Universal-Design Rocker Switch # PK34310.
You will need to check to see if power is getting through by using a circuit tester, the Hook Probe Circuit Tester # PTW2993 or Cordless Circuit Tester # PTW2979.
