I reached out to my contact at Ventline and confirmed the correct replacement cover for your Ventline AS-13-M-V101. The replacement cover you want is # BV0554-01 in white or # BV0554-03 in smoke. I've attached video reviews of each of these as well as an installation video to assist.
Part # BVD0449-A01 you mentioned is not a fit for your application.
