Yes, you can use a Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box like # LC176440 (which replaces Lippert 1116) or # LC328329 (which replaces Lippert 1621) with the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500.
