Question:
Will these function properly with a 4inch lift kit installed on my 2009 Tundra 4x4 and how well will they level the truck under the load pictured?

From a fitment standpoint, RAS # RAS34FR generally fits lifted trucks like your 2009 Toyota Tundra without an issue as long as this is a block style lift. An issue may arise if the lift block is fabricated in an odd shape that interferes with our axle connecting brackets, or if it's a complete suspension swap; if you've got a full on suspension lift with elongated springs or other adjustments to the suspension the RAS will not work for you.
If you've got a suspension lift, I recommend using the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TTORTUN4 and the Timbren 1" Spacer For Raised Frame Vehicles - 3/8" Bushing # A25723-90AH00; for a 4" lift block you'd need 4 of those on each side. Timbren SES do great job of helping fight sag while towing, so they're a great alternative if the RAS system won't work with your lift.
I've linked some review videos of these parts for you to have a look at, as well.
