The best airbag suspension system for a 2012 Toyota Tundra is going to be the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs part # F2445. The reason for this is that Firestone uses a much more secure and durable crimp rolled airbag as opposed to Air Lift which uses a band clamp. The above kit is also a bolt-on option so no drilling is required. I have attached an install video to assist.

Although not required, the incorporation of an air compressor system will prove worthwhile if you intend to be frequently inflating and deflating the airbags. The best option for this is the Air Command F3 Compressor System part # F2581 because it is wireless which means you don't have to run any wires or airlines into the cab.
