Question:

what cover works best for winter storage, i own a 2020 R-Pod 195 not sure the exact length, i live in WV so we can get somewhat bad winters, along with rainy spring time, looking for a winter, UV a good cover all around

For a 2020 Forest River R-Pod 195, I'd recommend the Classic Accessories # CA80-197-171001-00 that you'd looked at. The cover is designed for R-Pod campers up to 20 feet long, so it'll work great for your 195. The cover will do a great job of protecting your camper from rain, snow and dirt. It's also specifically designed for the contours of an R-Pod type camper, so it's going to fit well.
