Without many mods, would this fit a 2003 Tacoma?

If your 2003 Toyota Tacoma has the utility track system around the bed rails the Yakima OverHaul HD Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Toyota/Nissan Utility Tracks part # Y01151-5868 will require zero modifications.
If it does not which I do not think they were installing them back then the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Bed Ladder Rack part # Y01151-57 is the way to go as it is designed to connect directly to the bed rails.
